The ostrich feathers that flow over this headpiece came from South Africa, along the Garden Route on my family’s recent visit to the Cape. The name Lulu is African for Pearl, so of course there’s a south sea pearl nestled in the feathers. The other African meaning for Lulu is love ❤️
Constructed on a super comfortable sinamay base with pleated crinoline forming further depth, Lulu oozes African style, colour and fun .
